Your satisfaction with your artwork is paramount to us at Dealsbazaar. Due to the unique and sometimes custom nature of our products, we have established a fair and detailed return process for items that do not meet your expectations.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- The artwork must be in its original, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
- All original packaging, certificates of authenticity (if provided), and protective materials must be intact and returned.
- The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (a shorter period due to the fragile and custom nature of art).
- A valid Return Authorization Code (RAC) must be obtained from our customer service team prior to any shipment.
- The item must not be a custom-made, commissioned, or personalized painting ordered to specific dimensions or content.
Items NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order paintings.
- Artworks that have been altered, framed locally, or damaged after delivery.
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Limited Edition” (unless defective).
- Products where the original packaging has been discarded or damaged, making safe return impossible.
- Digital downloads or printable art files.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization & Provide Documentation
- Email 3899448161@qq.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- You must provide clear, well-lit photographs of the front and back of the artwork, any visible damage (if applicable), and the packaging.
- Our art consultants will review your request within 3 business days and, if approved, issue a unique RAC and specific return packing instructions.
Step 2: Professional Repacking for Safety
- You are responsible for repacking the artwork exactly as it arrived, using all original protective corners, bubble wrap, and boxes.
- Our instructions will include how to reinforce the package. Failure to pack securely may void the return and result in refusal.
- Write the RAC clearly on the outside of the box.
Step 3: Ship with Full Insurance & Tracking
- You must use a trackable and fully insured shipping service. We recommend carriers that specialize in fragile goods.
- Email the tracking number and insurance documentation to 3899448161@qq.com immediately after shipping.
- Dealsbazaar is not responsible for artwork lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us. This risk rests entirely with the customer.
3. Refund Details, Fees & Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive, unpack, and professionally inspect the artwork at our warehouse.
- Upon successful inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price to cover shipping, handling, and quality inspection costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only considered for:
- Artworks that arrive with verified manufacturing or shipping damage (see Section 6).
- An incident where we shipped the completely wrong item.
Exchanges for size or style preference are not offered due to logistical complexity. The return process must be followed, and a new order placed.
5. Final Sale & Custom Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or custom-created works (including specific size requests) are final purchases and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or is the incorrect piece:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Report delays may affect claim eligibility.
- Email 3899448161@qq.com with your order number and multiple high-resolution photos/videos showing: the damaged area, the full artwork, and all sides of the packaging.
- Do not discard any packaging materials.
- We will review the claim and may arrange for a professional inspection. If the damage is verified as our responsibility, we will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund.
