We transport art with the utmost care it deserves. This policy details our specialized shipping procedures for fragile, high-value artworks.

1. Order Processing & Creation Time

  • Processing & Creation: 7-20 business days. This time is required for our artists to create, for paint to cure properly, and for our team to conduct quality checks, professional stretching, and optional framing.
  • Order Verification: All orders are confirmed for details like size, orientation, and framing choice.
  • Modifications/Cancellations: Contact 3899448161@qq.com within 24 hours of placing an order. Changes or cancellations are not possible once the artistic process has begun.

2. Shipping Destinations, Methods & Special Handling
We ship globally to most countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and parts of Asia.

Due to fragility, we only use premium, trackable services:

  • Standard Art Shipping: 15-30 business days after dispatch. Artwork is crated or placed in a rigid “picture box” with ample padding.
  • Express Art Shipping: 8-18 business days after dispatch. Prioritized handling, often with climate-controlled options for sensitive pieces.

These are estimates from dispatch. International customs inspection of large crates can add significant, unpredictable delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, artwork size, weight, and chosen service.
  • Due to high costs, free shipping promotions are not offered on original oil paintings.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional premium fee.

4. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations

  • The customer is 100% responsible for all customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), brokerage fees, and any special permits required for importing artwork.
  • Artworks may be subject to higher duties than regular goods. Research your country’s regulations for “original paintings” or “art reproductions.”
  • We cannot falsify customs declarations. The full commercial value will be declared.

5. Professional Packaging
Each artwork is prepared by specialists:

  • Canvas paintings are not rolled. They are stretched on wooden stretcher bars.
  • A protective facing paper is applied to the painted surface.
  • The canvas is then protected with foam corners, bubble wrap, and placed in a custom-sized rigid art box or wooden crate.
  • Framed pieces receive extra reinforcement.

6. Tracking & Transit Monitoring

  • A tracking number and carrier details are emailed upon dispatch.
  • For high-value pieces, we may provide additional transit updates.
  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 21 consecutive business days for standard shipping.

7. Delivery & Responsibility

  • You must provide a secure delivery address where someone can receive and inspect a large, fragile package.
  • We are not responsible for delays, theft, or damage resulting from incorrect/ insecure addresses or failed delivery attempts.
  • Upon delivery and signature, responsibility for the artwork transfers to the recipient.
  • Carriers often require immediate inspection. Note any external box damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

8. Shipping Issue Resolution
Lost or Severely Delayed Shipments:

  • Contact us if tracking is inactive for over 30 business days (Standard) or 20 business days (Express).
  • We will initiate a trace and claim process with the carrier, which can take 6-12 weeks.

Damage Discovered Upon Unpacking:

  • Document everything before unpacking fully: photograph the external box condition.
  • Unpack carefully and photograph the artwork and all packing materials.
  • Report to 3899448161@qq.com within 72 hours with the above documentation and your order number.
  • We will guide you through the insurance claim process. Resolution is dependent on carrier investigation timelines.
