Due to the unique and sometimes custom nature of our products, we have established a fair and detailed return process for items that do not meet your expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Return Eligibility &amp; Conditions<\/strong><br>To be eligible for a return, your artwork must meet&nbsp;<strong>ALL<\/strong>&nbsp;of the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The artwork must be in its original, undamaged, and unaltered condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original packaging, certificates of authenticity (if provided), and protective materials must be intact and returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return must be initiated within\u00a0<strong>14 calendar days<\/strong>\u00a0of the delivery date (a shorter period due to the fragile and custom nature of art).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid\u00a0<strong>Return Authorization Code (RAC)<\/strong>\u00a0must be obtained from our customer service team prior to any shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must not be a custom-made, commissioned, or personalized painting ordered to specific dimensions or content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Items NOT eligible for return under any circumstances:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom, commissioned, or made-to-order paintings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Artworks that have been altered, framed locally, or damaged after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items marked as &#8220;Final Sale,&#8221; &#8220;Clearance,&#8221; or &#8220;Limited Edition&#8221; (unless defective).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products where the original packaging has been discarded or damaged, making safe return impossible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital downloads or printable art files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Failure to pack securely may void the return and result in refusal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write the RAC clearly on the outside of the box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Ship with Full Insurance &amp; Tracking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must use a\u00a0<strong>trackable and fully insured<\/strong>\u00a0shipping service. Refund Details, Fees &amp; Timeline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds are processed within\u00a0<strong>10-15 business days<\/strong>\u00a0after we receive, unpack, and professionally inspect the artwork at our warehouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon successful inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A 20% restocking fee<\/strong>\u00a0will be deducted from the product price to cover shipping, handling, and quality inspection costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original shipping charges are\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. The return process must be followed, and a new order placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Final Sale &amp; Custom Items<\/strong><br>Items marked &#8220;Final Sale&#8221; or custom-created works (including specific size requests) are&nbsp;<strong>final purchases<\/strong>&nbsp;and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
